This Machine is equipped with cutting blades on a Turning disc which significantly reduces the operator fatigue resulting into improved production figures. The cutting blades are easy to replace.

Operation of the Machine: After the machine has been filled with Chitterlings, the cycle can be started. The cycles time is approximately 1 minute. During this cycle the Chitterlings will be cut open and most of the present manure, ± 1,5-2 Kgs will be flushed out of the chitterlings. The manure will be discharged to the side of the machine. At the end of the cycle the door will open automatically, and the chitterlings will be thrown out and fall into the discharge Table or Blowing tank.
